BREAKING: Lawsuit No. 2 was fled today in federal court against Cabarrus Co. Schools. This time it’s a parent of a student at Mount Pleasant High. The suit claims parents have the right to know if their child is expected to undress in front of the opposite sex in locker rooms.

NEW: American First Legal has filed the lawsuit on behalf of the three girls at Cox Mill High for violation of Title IX. The Dept of Education opened an investigation into the school system in June. There’s a narrative ppl aren’t going to the National Mall in DC to for the Great American State Fair. Natasha Rodriguez is COO of Operation Helo & one of many volunteers helping run the NC tent. She says they’re averaging 75 visitors every 10 minutes (450 per hr) & and it’s getting busier each day. She also says because everyone is in one of the 56 booths that it may not look busy but in reality it’s nonstop.
