Congratulations to our fifth and final @wcpsmd Teacher of the Year finalist, Caitlin Keller! She is a teacher at Boonsboro Middle School in our Connections program and now a two-time finalist.
Congratulations to Angie Stouffer, our next @wcpsmd Teacher of the Year finalist! She is a Science teacher at Smithsburg High School, and a three-time finalist for this award.
Our third @wcpsmd Teacher of the Year finalist is Ashley Doyle, one of the Health Professions teachers at Boyd J. Michael, III Technical High School! Congratulations!
Our next @wcpsmd Teacher of the Year finalist is from Clear Spring High School, Robin Papa! We got to surprise this Math teacher during her Honors Algebra II class!
Rounding out our @wcpsmd Gold Compass honorees is Nicole Rhodes, 3rd grade teacher at Lincolnshire Elementary. Her dedication to positive relationships, continuous learning, and community involvement reflects our core values of Academic Excellence, Growth Mindset, and Community.

Gavin Myers is our next @wcpsmd Gold Compass honoree! He is the Asst. Principal at Eastern Elementary, & he recently served as Acting Principal. He supported students & kept the school community moving forward. His leadership demonstrates Growth Mindset, Belonging, & Well-being.
