​For this renovation, our blueprint focuses on three strict pillars:

1️⃣ Econo: Maximizing the value of the existing structure to keep material waste low and budget efficiency high.

2️⃣ Functional: Redesigning traffic flow and room configurations to naturally adapt to how the family actually lives today.

3️⃣ Aesthetic Balance: Ensuring the new addition feels like a seamless, intentional evolution of the original home—not just an awkward box slapped onto the back.
