Do not use @vrbo when booking a short break!!! We have a host who is refusing to acknowledge the cancellation policy and Vrbo are claiming it is out of their hands. Unacceptable!
One of your advisors very kindly send the attached email to the host, but are now saying that it is out of their hands. How is this possible? We were not made aware of any kind of new conditions when facilitating a slight date amendment. Please help us. This doesnβt seem fair.
@vrbo booked a short break via you, and now the host is refusing to honour the cancellation policy/is refusing to refund the full amount - they are insisting their policy is just 60 days. Your advisors have said there is nothing they can do despite us being within the timescale.
