Well, yesterday I received a letter from the DWP informing me that I will receive my first State Pension payment on 21/09/22 and I cried! This morning I've taken my heart medication, painkillers and strapped up my dodgy knees before going to work and praying for September! 😫

Anyone out there know of any charities that are happy to take foreign coins / notes ? I know airlines used to "pass a hat" to collect foreign currency on returning holiday flights but I'm unlikely to be flying anytime soon and would like to donate it to do some good 😊

Why is it acceptable for people who have turned 66 this year to wait an expected 5 MONTHS for their pensions? Included in this shambles are women who have already waited 6 years! Who is challenging this gigantic DWP failure, calling Therese Coffey to task ? Why is it ignored????
