We are incredibly thrilled and proud to share some fantastic news with you! During tonightβs school board meeting, our Board of Trustees officially approved our 2026-2027 Compensation Plan! πβ¨
Paraprofessionals and auxiliary staff will receive a 4% raise, and teachers and professionals will receive a 2% raise. In addition, all Waco ISD staff will receive a $500 bonus in December.
