How we make fresh food for 800 street dogs every single day in Thailand...

It’s a huge operation now and it involves about 25 people every single day…

🥘 Pi Fa and her team cook it fresh every morning

⚖️ 200kg / 450lbs cooked per day

🛻 Delivered by truck to drop off fridges we have set up around the island for volunteers

🐕 Local feeders have their own dogs and feeding rounds. The food is 100% free for them.

🐶 We also provide it to several shelters for their permanent residents.

💰 It costs about $5000 USD per month to do this all included. That covers everything including ingredients

🥕 The recipes includes rice, chicken mince, eggs, carrots, kale, coconut oil

🛵 I feed 80 dogs myself and the food is also used for the sick dogs at Happy Doggo

We do way more important things like funding the sterilising of 2200 dogs a month, life saving vet trips and rehoming dogs but to me I love seeing the food going out and the reception from the community. Many of the people involved in making it and distributing it are Thai which is crucial.

🐕 These dogs have very very little in life and have to scrap for everything but a good nutritious meal is one thing they know is coming daily.
