@Expedia I was screwed over hard today by your customer service crew. :( 5 hours (!!) on the phone, the agent conveniently disconnected then called back on other line to say the refund already promised to me was reneged. I have full paper trail. DEPLORABLE. MAKE RIGHT, PLEASE.
