I have just set up a separate area on my blog to cover vegan dining on cruise ships, it's early days yet but hopefully, someone might find it useful. I called it Cruising with my Vegan Wife https://t.co/MPLYlB5QKQ via @WansbroughsBlog
@cruiselifestyl Because I am so nice, I let Nicole use it most of the time
The window looked out towards the balcony. There was a curtain, but it was nice to have the extra daylight in the bathroom.

@cruiselifestyl It was usable with a bit of preparation. There were blobs of soot on the loungers and floor, so it entailed cleaning up a bit with a sacrificial towel. Not the best solution

@cruiselifestyl A5) I can't specifically think of one, but the more modern ones generally feel more comfortable and roomy.
βοΈ Harmony OT Seas
βοΈ MSC Grandiosa
βοΈ Havila Polaris (our only non-balcony)
βοΈ Crown Princess Mini Suite, which is super comfy.

@cruiselifestyl A2) It really does depend on the itinerary, but generally it's mainly for its hotel purposes. It's your own space, so you can use it to escape the masses if and when required.

@cruiselifestyl A3) Over the years, no one has really catered for vegans in the speciality restaurant. So, I never get the chance. There's been the odd time, but it's never been worth the extra fee for Nicole. Virgin came close, but I am not sure if we will ever be "sailors" again

@cruiselifestyl A2) For lunch, we head for the buffet if we are on board early enough, MDR in the evening, to sound out how well Nicole can eat vegan and suss out the waiters, which has been a real mixed bag over the years.

@cruiselifestyl A1) Okay, it can differ from line to line, for Pizza and Italian it has to be Princess, curries I would say Celebrity. I don't think any of them really excel with their meat offerings; however, having said that, I had an amazing steak on Costa a few years back.
