Our Year 7 girls enjoyed a fantastic day at Worthing Rugby Club recently, regardless of the rain and mud!
Rugby club will continue on Mondays after school, with a focus on Touch Rugby to encourage more participation. Just turn up!
Following the brilliantly attended Revision Evening on Monday, we were joined by @MaximizeYP this week. Students attended a 2 hr workshop where they were taken through a range of study skills, as well as techniques to manage exams and make the most of their potential this summer

FACT: Mr Chappell had never played against a former rugby playing student since joining @wardenpark in 2014. He shared the field with NINE of them today. Reports are that he is feeling very sore, but exceptionally proud. Well done @HeathRugbyClub, the future is bright.
Students in Year 8 recently worked on Indian ink experimental concertina books for a project.
They drew shells, seaweed, mermaids purses, allium and poppy seed heads, whelk eggs, lotus flower seed pods ... the list goes on.
As you can see their work was stunning.

Over the last few months, our dancers from Year 7-10 have been creating and rehearsing for the Dance Live competition held in Guildford last night.
Students and teachers devise a theme to base a 7 minute dance on and this year we chose the American Great Depression.

Yesterday we welcomed Year 4 and 5 students to @wardenpark from Balcombe CE Primary School. Our Year 8 students did a great job of supporting them in a technology workshop. The students left with new skills, a beautiful jigsaw and smiles on their faces.
Our English dept dressed up for #WBD24, introducing students to exciting new characters. Can you work out who is who, using the texts below?
