“Use it to better yourself.” - Retired Army Maj. Jonathan Turnbull

After sustaining life-changing injuries during a 2019 deployment, Turnbull found new purpose through adaptive sports. Now, just months after beginning his training, he is competing for the Ultimate Champion title at the 2026 Warrior Games and has already earned multiple medals across cycling, track and field, and archery.

Driven by the memory of those he served alongside, Turnbull continues to demonstrate the power of resilience, purpose, and perseverance.
