I understand current staff shortages and was patient through the 2hr line at immigration, but I do mind the THREE broken planes that have turned a 5hr trip into a 13hr one, @AirCanada. What is going on? THREE. BROKEN. PLANES. On a trip with two legs. That’s horrifying.
