This Saturday 28th August you’ll have a chance to prepare and make a jar of homemade Kimchi throughout the day.
Fermented foods such as Kimchi supports the immune system and anti-flammatory responses. You can choose from a fish or soya sauce base and gain skills for life. #GROW
