@edintravel Hi there, thanks for your question and sorry for the delay getting back to you - we're not on here as much anymore. We had a short closure yesterday to allow for grass cutting but we're back open today.
@urbanprehisto@HistEnvScot Hi Kenny, we're really sorry to hear about what happened yesterday. The monument manager has spoken to the visit organiser today to apologise and explain, but unfortunately there was a miscommunication about this closure.
@Malkieonfoot Hi there, thanks for your question. It's a really complex picture at Glenbuchat Castle, with 5 phases of work to complete. Work is ongoing and will take a number of years but if it becomes possible to increase access as we go, we will.
Got the chance to visit the Kirkmadrine Stones whilst travelling to the Belfast Office last week, expertly conserved and curated by out members @welovehistory

@sandrine_bil Good morning. Unfortunately we don't seem to have anything from you on 2 January. Would you mind re-sending your email to [email protected] please? Once you've done that, please send us a DM to confirm & we'll check with Membership that your email has arrived.
@edintravel Hi Lewis 😊 There are no road closures scheduled for Queen's Drive. The High Road and Dunsapie Loch Car Park are open Tue-Thu, 9.30am to 3pm as part of the regular opening times.
@Alltaylor1969 Hi, this is part of our grassland management work to improve the condition of our rare grasslands. These grasses have been cut and removed from Hunters Bog to Queens Drive and will be taken away for composting. It's a trial of a new approach following guidance from NatureScot.
