To be specific: we'd get a 3% raise in June, a 4% raise in Jan '24, and 3% more in Jan '25. That "signing bonus"? @UW insists it's logistically impossible for them to pay it before Sept. 25th, 4.5 months from now, because software or something. #WeMakeKUOW #SAGAFTRA

We're used to @UW/@KUOW mgmt refusing to pay living wages. (They've been doing that since contract talks began 12 months ago.) Since our 3/30 talks, they've refused to bargain at all until May 3. Almost as if they like just paying 2019 wages forever...
