@Cipelda Your current levels sound reasonable. However, when using a FetHead in your setup, I would make sure that 48V is enabled on the Scarlett. It may be worth temporarily removing the FetHead and connecting the MV7+ directly into the Scarlett and seeing if the hiss is still present
