@Mickyg1973 have now received an update advising that the issue may not be resolved until 14 August at the earliest. As we're unable to access or discuss specific fault with the end user. I recommend keeping in touch with your service provider, as they will receive updates from (2/3)

@lostinadream0 currently going through, However Openreach are unable to accept Data Integrity/Address Matching requests directly from end users. These requests must be submitted by your respective service provider through appropriate channels. So in regards to your issue I would recommend (2/3)

@ChiswickMcnabb by your local authority, and they do have to enforce if notice as part of the permit if it's required, I'm afraid - if you wish to be notified in future, I would recommend asking your local authority to ensure this is a stipulation of any permit they issue in your local (2/3)
