@RanchWife_com We understand your concern. Domain forwarding lets you point one domain to another, but it does not include SSL by default. This may cause browser errors if the forwarded link is accessed via https. To use SSL, the domain needs to be hosted where a certificate can be installed.

@YorkshireTechy@netsolcares There is normally a notification for domain renewals that is sent out 30 days prior to the renewal date. That goes out to the admin contact that is set in the domain Whois contact.

@galluccinet Hi Giovanni, we get it’s frustrating, but the monthly renewal terms have always been clearly outlined in our ToS, which haven’t changed. Your payment on 5/20 covered the missed April cycle. We also applied a discount on the renewal to assist.

@galluccinet Hi, upon checking the service was not renewed upon expiration and remained inactive. When you attempted to resume use a month later, the billing for the missed period was still outstanding. the service operates on a monthly billing cycle, payments are required for each billing-
