Poisoning the well with gen-ai storyboards is equally as shit as using it for the final output. You’ve let a regurgitation machine influence your idea. I don’t trust this shit for a second no matter how easy or good it might look.
When you tell a person to draw something, or even curate photographs/other art made by people it’s an expansion of yourself creatively. The process makes the piece.
After 15+ years, these are my last days at Marvel Studios.
It’s a bittersweet moment, one that I was not ready for, but I leave with a sense of gratitude.. a bit of sadness too. I had the privilege of working on so many incredible films and projects.
haven't watched the show yet but was fun to do some keyframe paintings from reading the early scripts, this was the first image for the series I did after watching it in my head; pitching a rack focus shot to a tea set test that Fury would need to do to prove he's not a Skrull
I spent a ton of time working on many different Sylvie looks & ideas for S2, much of which was quite early with very little story in place, so a lot of it reflects imagining for myself where I'd like to see her story pick back up following S1-
it was a real pleasure to get to take on a few of my all-time fav characters from when I was a kid while concept-ing for for Deadpool & Wolverine, catch the upcoming art book for more! so happy to see @channingtatum finally get this moment
@Phattro Yeah Star Wars have always been one of the better ones for sketches along with the occasional video game artbook.
I wish Marvel did it more loose art, it's done so rarely, most have none. These from Wes Burt for Infinity War stand out to me. Would love more like it printed!
