This week is Green Week and our annual swap shop is back! We are looking for your donations of any old clothes, shoes, bags, hats, scarves and other accessories for ages 12 and up. Students will be able to choose any items from the swap shop to take home for free!
After last year’s success, the School Library is bringing back its book repair workshops for Green Week. Join us on Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th March during first and second lunch.

Congratulations to our first year team who represented the school at the regional FIRST LEGO League Ireland competition in UCD. They won the Motivate Award, which recognises the team that embodies the spirit of the FIRST LEGO League through teamwork, enthusiasm, and team spirit.
Congratulations to our Model United Nations team, who brought home two awards in recent weeks. We won a Commended Delegation award representing the Russian Federation at Blackrock, followed by a Best Delegation award representing China at the John Scottus Conference.
A huge congratulations to the Senior 1 Girls who emerged victorious in the Leinster Senior Cup yesterday afternoon. This is a fantastic achievement for the girls, and we are tremendously proud of them. Thank you to Rathdown School for a very competitive game.

Best of luck to our Junior A Hockey Girls as they take on Loreto College, St. Stephen’s Green in the quarter-final of their cup this Friday at home, at 14:45. If you can, come along and show your support for the girls!
Ms Savage’s 1A6 Geography class created some fantastic 3D models as part of their recent project. The work included impressive volcanoes, tsunamis and earthquakes, with several students also showcasing the layers of the Earth. A wide variety of materials were used.
On Friday our Prep class were very proud to show off all the hard work they had done for their Science investigations. They explained to the staff what they chose to investigate and the results they obtained. They earned a reward for their efforts!

What an incredible Book Week! Our assemblies featured passionate staff speakers, a lively literary quiz, daily golden tickets for free books, and a staff reading challenge to finish the week in style. A fantastic celebration of books and reading!
