The toluene was sucked by the lift into the residential building. The contractors responsible have been appointed to do the cladding remediation etc. Unbelievable.

We were repeatedly told by MA & Homeground that a s20 was a requirement of the Building Safety Fund to prove we were liable for costs.
We knew this was wrong & @mhclg have now confirmed this
More money wasted through FH incompetence.
