𝗚𝗢𝗖 #WhiteKnightCorps, accompanied by 𝗚𝗢𝗖 #DeltaForce, visited general area #Brattal, Udhampur to review the ongoing counter terrorism operations and assess the situation on ground. The #CorpsCommander reviewed the evolving security environment, operational dynamics and measures to sustain 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼, ensuring a swift, coordinated and decisive response to emerging threats.

[NORTHERN COMMAND - INDIAN ARMY @NorthernComd_IA]

Lt Gen Pratik Sharma, #ArmyCdrNC, visited #Surankote Sector to review the prevailing security posture and ongoing #CounterTerrorism efforts. The Army Commander was briefed on the ongoing operations including sustained efforts towards focused targeting of terrorists, joint intelligence framework and enhanced #Synergy with sister agencies.

#ArmyCdr interacted with troops, boosting their morale as he commended them for their professional conduct of operations in the challenging terrain and weather conditions.

𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗢𝗛𝗔𝗡 | 𝗧𝗪𝗢 𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗦 𝗡𝗘𝗨𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗗

In a joint intelligence-based operation during the intervening night of 16/17 Sep 2026, confirmed inputs indicated the presence of terrorists in the general area of Brattal, Udhampur. Despite hostile weather, difficult terrain and poor visibility, troops of #WhiteKnightCorps, @JmuKmrPolice and CRPF launched a targeted counter-terrorism operation, resulting in the neutralisation of two terrorists.

The operation is still in progress, with search and surveillance operations continuing in the area. Security forces remain deployed to track and neutralise any remaining threat.

HINTERLAND OPERATIONS

GOC #WhiteKnightCorps, accompanied by #GOC #RomeoForce, visited operational locations in #Surankote Sector, #Poonch, to review the prevailing security posture and ongoing focused #CounterTerrorism Operations. The #CorpsCommander was briefed on ongoing operations for domination of the Pir Panjal Range, robust joint intelligence network and seamless synergy with all security agencies.

The GOC commended the professional conduct and unwavering commitment of all stakeholders and lauded the relentless operations to deny inimical elements any operational space, despite challenging terrain and weather conditions.

#WhiteKnightCorps successfully conducted the Inno-Yodhha I3R&D Competition 2026-27 at Nagrota, showcasing cutting-edge ideas and indigenous innovations by Young Innovators in Uniform across UAS, Counter-UAS, AI-based Autonomous Systems and Stealth Technology. #GOC #WhiteKnightCorps interacted with the participating teams and commended their ingenuity, hard work and innovative spirit in developing indigenous solutions to address operational challenges and enhance operational effectiveness.

GOC #WhiteKnightCorps visited #AceOfSpadesDivision to review operational preparedness and assess the evolving security dynamics. He was briefed on operational commitments, capability development, #UAS & Counter-UAS capabilities and the roadmap ahead. The #CorpsCommander emphasised enhancing operational effectiveness in an evolving battlefield environment and exhorted all ranks to remain #FutureReady, agile and adaptable to emerging challenges.

HINTERLAND SECURITY

Troops of CIF DELTA under the aegis of #WhiteKnightCorps, in concert with other security agencies, conducted a joint security drill at Khari Railway Station to reinforce preparedness and strengthen inter-agency synergy against a spectrum of security contingencies.

The drill brought together the #IndianArmy, IRP, GRP, RPF, Police and railway officials to rehearse coordinated response, access control, surveillance, crowd management and evacuation procedures, enhancing a unified and agile security response.

A delegation of officers undergoing the #HigherAirCommandCourse visited Headquarters #WhiteKnightCorps as part of their professional military orientation. The delegation was apprised of the prevailing security environment, operational imperatives and emerging challenges in the region, with a focus on the operational landscape along the LoC and the Corps’ integrated approach to counter-terrorism and counter-infiltration operations. The interaction also covered Joint Force Application, operational leadership, inter-service synergy and evolving security dynamics in Jammu & Kashmir.

The interaction provided valuable insights into Air-Land synergy and reinforced the importance of jointness and integrated application of combat power in addressing contemporary security challenges.

HDMC Delegation Visits White Knight Corps

A delegation of officers attending the Higher Defence Management Course (HDMC) visited Headquarters #WhiteKnightCorps as part of their professional military orientation. The delegation was briefed on the Prevailing Security Scenario, Operational Dynamics along the LoC and the Corps’ Integrated Counter-Terrorism and Counter-Infiltration Strategy in the hinterland.

The officers also engaged in an insightful interaction, focusing on Contemporary Operational Challenges, Strategic Leadership, Joint Force Employment and the Evolving Security Environment in Jammu & Kashmir. The engagement offered valuable perspectives on the Corps’ Operational Approach, Adaptive Leadership and steadfast commitment to national security, peace and stability in the region.
