Mid 40s now and have few regrets, the experiences took away the fear & much of the emotion in life

The facade around my life crumbled, and everyone seemed to become an instant adversary. So, I was shown a much harsher reality, and took it in stride. None liked that

Spent most days after outside that system and luckily grew up in the woods, spent more time fishing, hunting, building with my father than in a room with no windows.
