Why are you only offering some customers credit for the loss of services?! @virginmedia
I have waited several weeks now since I 1st phoned & got cut off & still not all the issues have been resolved!

@virginmedia They were missing long enough for us to be missing episodes on live tv!!! Not really good enough!! The missing eps aren't on your on demand!! We pay to watch these & haven't been able to! Please credit for the service we did not receive but have paid for !
Having the same issue as @StevenBown with the terrible @virginmedia customer service! Online chat never works & customer service team put you on hold for an hour & then cut you off 😡 I don't expect to pay my next bill either as we are missing many of our tv programs!!!!
@virginmedia It will be great to have fixed but are you providing customers with a credit for loss of services & loss of tv channels? & the missing episodes! @QuanticoTV & @CodeBlackCBS just 2 of several badly effected & missing episodes! 😢
@virginmedia The loss of channels recently mean lots tv programs we watch did not record & now we have serveral episodes missing in the middle of the series :-( with no way to watch them as they are not being repeated or on catch up!
They refused to agree you had an issue you admitted to !!
You have admitted a fault but not giving a credit back for customers who are missing several episodes from several different tv series!! Sort it out @virginmedia - We paid you for a service we didnt receive and now have huge episode gaps with no catch up or on demand for them !!
