@AmericanAir I have sent additional information. I have a flight cancellation email and multiple >61min schedule changes to resolve an illegal connection with no possible resolution on the same day of travel. I request a refund to my original form of payment for several of the above reasons.

@AmericanAir Hi, I had a leg of my flight cancelled (email from AA) and wish to not accept the offered changes (which results in an illegal connection). I request a refund of the ticket price to the last card used to make the purchase. Phone holds are awful, can you help?

@AmericanAir @thepointsguyapp I have an AA flight time that changed, giving me an illegal connection, and the only way to rectify for same-day travel with a legal connection is a >4 hour departure change; does this entitle me to a refund?

@AmericanAir I got an email saying my reservation has been cancelled, but I log in and it looks fine, and the refunds page errors out when I put in my name and ticket number. Can you help?
