See the southern border through the eyes of @ARTEfr@BorderHawkNews was featured in a documentary by French journalists covering the border crisis
The team joined myself and @efraiinGzz as we documented the crisis in Mexico and revisited prior spots including where Border Patrol lifted the barbed wire fencing to allow hundreds of illegal immigrants to cross
What a pleasure to work with Jean and Thomas
True professionals and masters of their craft
Thank you for coming to our country and showing this situation to the world
This is a prime example of the D.C. media bubble having no idea what it’s talking about.
Multiple caravans have left southern Mexico this year. I reported on caravan in person in June.
It’s notable more migrants have left in recent weeks because they are seeing the Democrats’ momentum and they are tired of waiting for the Mexican government to give them visas.
WICHITA POLICE PROVIDE UPDATE ON STRYKER SPORTS COMPLEX INVESTIGATION
WICHITA, Kan. - Wichita Police Department detectives have conducted nearly 50 interviews and continue examining vehicle evidence as they investigate the Oct. 17 incident at Stryker Sports Complex that killed two people and injured 10 others.
Two lives were lost, and families have been forever changed. The impact reaches beyond those directly involved to witnesses, first responders and the broader community. We understand that families and our community want answers. Investigators are working to establish what happened through a thorough review of the available evidence.
At approximately 3:25 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, Sedgwick County Emergency Communications received multiple 911 calls reporting that a truck had driven onto a soccer field during a match. Wichita police officers, Sedgwick County EMS and Wichita Fire Department personnel responded.
Cole Adrian, 6, and Nicholas Schafer, 35, both of McPherson, died at the scene. Ten other people, ranging in age from 5 to 68, were injured and transported to area hospitals. We are not providing an update on the surviving victim’s conditions at this time.
Detectives interviewed nearly 50 witnesses and others involved, with additional interviews ongoing. Investigators are also inspecting the truck, analyzing available vehicle data and continuing investigative work at Stryker Sports Complex. They are working closely with the Regional Forensic Science Center and awaiting official, peer-reviewed toxicology results.
The driver, a 34-year-old woman from Garden City, remained at the scene and cooperated with officers when they arrived. She continues to cooperate with investigators.
Based on the information available Sunday morning, and after consultation with the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s Office, investigators did not have probable cause to arrest the driver. She was released, and the investigation remains ongoing. Her release does not represent a final determination about whether criminal charges are appropriate.
“We know that this case has captured the attention of people all over the country, and many of those people have strong opinions about the incident even though they do not have direct knowledge of what occurred,” Chief Joe Sullivan said. “We recognize that the decision the law and constitution required us to make on Sunday morning may not be popular. We swear an oath to support the laws of the State of Kansas and the Constitution of the United States and no one in the Wichita Police Department takes that oath for granted.”
WPD is also addressing false claims circulating online and in news coverage. Based on information available to investigators, claims that the driver is in the country illegally are false. Additionally, she and her husband are not, and have never been, associated with the Wichita Police Department, the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office, or any other law enforcement agency that we are currently aware of. Investigators have found no documented criminal history for the driver. She had a valid driver’s license and no outstanding arrest warrants.
WPD has not publicly identified the driver. Consistent with its practice, the department does not identify people involved in investigations who have not been arrested or charged.
We understand the public’s interest and the concern surrounding this investigation. But spreading rumors and unverified accusations adds confusion, causes further pain for grieving families and harms people who have no connection to this case. We ask the public to rely on WPD’s official updates for confirmed information about the investigation.
The department remains focused on the victims, their families and a complete investigation. Detectives will provide their findings to the District Attorney’s Office for a determination of whether criminal charges are appropriate.
Additional information may be released after the district attorney makes a formal charging decision.

Man caught at Gordie Howe Bridge was sent to Guatemala in 2019 for sex crimes, feds say
A Guatemalan man encountered by the feds at the Gordie Howe International Bridge in Detroit was removed from the United States in 2019 for sexual battery and abduction, and had no record of permission to return, according to a federal complaint.
Pedro Raymundo Perez, 49, was a passenger in a vehicle that mistakenly entered lanes for traffic going to Canada on the evening of Oct. 18, 2026, the feds said. After the driver began backing up, U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers pulled in behind the vehicle with emergency lights on.

@Wid_Lyman@HSI_HQ We commend the vigilance of the citizens for recognizing these threats and notifying law enforcement immediately, which allowed us to intervene swiftly.
Illegal alien hit a local woman with his pickup truck while she was in a crosswalk last month and killed her.
He was convicted of misdemeanor death by vehicle and sentenced to 24 days.
“Virginia Tucker Lyon lost her life while crossing the street in a marked crosswalk in downtown

“No outcome can undo that loss, but this conviction holds the defendant accountable for the consequences of his actions.”

EXCLUSIVE: Mississippi Woman Arrested For Allegedly Making Threats To "Kill Federal Agents"
@HSI_HQ agents arrested Lisa White, of Mississippi, following an investigation into threats made against ICE agents.
HSI Gulfport special agents took White into custody in Long Beach after reports that she made explicit threats to “kill federal agents,” while attempting to purchase a firearm and pepper spray.
HSI tells @BorderHawkNews that White also inquired about the capability of specific firearms to penetrate ballistic vests, saying she would target agents’ "heads" if she could not breach their armor.
White is currently being held as agents prepare federal criminal charges for influencing, impeding or retaliating against a federal official by threat.
Per Spox: "There has been a massive increase in violence and threats against federal law enforcement. ICE officers are facing more than a 1,600% increase in assaults against them, a 3,300% increase in vehicle attacks and an 8,000% increase in death threats against them.
President Trump and Secretary Mullin have made it clear that violence against ICE officers, or any la enforcement personnel, will not be tolerated. ICE officers carry out their Congressionally mandated duties in service to public safety and the rule of law. Any bystander or individual who threatens, assaults, obstructs, or violently attacks officers will be subject to arrest and prosecution permitted by law."

BREAKING: The Social Security Administration confirms to @FoxNews that it has just undertaken its largest cleanup of Social Security Numbers in the agency's 91-year history, correcting nearly 15% of all U.S. citizen SSNs (roughly 50 million out of 330 million). The changes include:
- Adding 17 million dates of death to files that previously didn't have them w/ help from State Dept.
- With help from DHS, updating 25 million files that had missing citizenship information.
- Correcting an additional 8.5 million records with inaccurate citizenship data.
SSNs are referenced by agencies across the federal government and in states to validate identities and prevent improper payment of tax dollars.

CBP’s enforcement posture drove U.S. Border Patrol apprehensions to their lowest level in agency history.
The Border Patrol, which completed its first-ever fiscal year with no releases, recorded less than 99,000 southwest border apprehensions in FY 2026.
