I'm not sure how @Verizon is #TheNetworkAmericaReliesOn when customers and store employees are hung up on dozens of times while trying to resolve an issue @VerizonSupport created. Hope someone can help!

@Verizon I am a new customer, I got these plans at the end of December and I have had nothing but problems. I have started looking at providers who will buy out the contract at this point because no one seems to want to help at @VerizonSupport @Verizon

@VerizonSupport I need someone to contact me about my service, I have been having issues for 3 months, and no one has been able to help. Store associates are at a loss on how to help and when they call the 800 number are hung up on! @VerizonSupport

@VerizonSupport The issue is incredibly infuriating at this point, and I am unable to talk to a person on any of the 800 numbers I have tried. My 4 lines are shut off 2 of which belong to disabled family members who need to be able to reach me Please have someone from @VerizonSupport contact me

I have been trying to call your 800 number because my phone is off again because your billing department still has 2 accounts under 1 social and the payments are going to the wrong account @VerizonSupport

@VerizonSupport I am continuously either hung up on because customer service/billing doesn't know how to resolve the matter, or told the issue is fixed but each month it happens again. The representative at the store was hung up on repeatedly too. @VerizonSupport
