If you can't decide after one interview then your process is broken. And it might not be obvious, the more people involved in the hiring decision the worse the decision is.

And from what I have seen, the more skilled the position is, the less likely HR and management is capable of proper screening.

Having sat on both sides, the whole process is filled with incompetence.

Noah isn't exactly another Manhunter, he's the same one

Antaan said Manhunters were able to build new bodies

So that answers where Noah got his programming from, he's Zoe in a new body but being raised by humans

The reason I build so many projects is because I have a hyperactive brain.
I want to do so many things at the same time. I have so many ideas. I have so many interests, I want to learn how to draw, paint, play the piano, guitar, I want to start a moving company, I want a clothing line, oh that crowd funding app, I want to start a media outlet, I love 3D and video game design, I'd like to own a café, maybe I can even sing, oh, I want to learn how to mix and master, I think I can be a good DJ, I want to own a school like my dad, I should learn how to ride a bike, maybe I can be a racecar driver, I'd like to own a beverage company, I want to build a handheld gaming console, my own operating system, I like architecture, engineering, poems, history, science, photography, cooking. I'm quite good at table tennis, maybe I can be a professional player. My layup in basketball isn't that bad. I want to be an astronaut.
Arghhhhh, it's chaos in my head everyday.
