We wholeheartedly welcome this clear, compelling plan. The Schools White Paper sets a bold vision with high academic aspirations and inclusion at its heart. The Windsor Academy Trust family is thrilled to be contributing to the system, working collaboratively to co-create brighter futures for all.
With the Government’s schools white paper confirming plans for all schools to join a high quality trust, our updated policy paper explains why we believe school trusts are the best bet for a self-improving school system, moving from good to great.

A significant week for education! Our CEO, Dawn Haywood, attended the official launch of the Schools White Paper in Peterborough earlier today. We are energised by this compelling vision for how all children will achieve and thrive.
Enrichment as an entitlement, all schools in strong trusts, system collaboration and place-based solutions sit at the heart of this plan. We are excited for the role Windsor Academy Trust will play in co-creating this future and unlocking academic and personal potential.
It is wonderful to see the wider community celebrating the achievements of our students and staff.
We were delighted to see Walsall Council featuring Goldsmith Primary Academy on their newsroom this week. The Council highlighted the school's "exceptionalism," noting that Goldsmith is one of only two primary schools in the country to achieve three 'Exceptional' grades under the new Ofsted framework.
As a school that sits at the heart of its community, this external recognition reflects the incredible work happening every day to unlock academic and personal potential. We are proud to be one family working together to provide such a vibrant and inclusive environment for our children.

We are incredibly proud to receive this letter from the Secretary of State for Education, Bridget Phillipson, recognising the exceptional outcomes achieved by students at Goldsmith Primary Academy.
The letter confirms that the school’s performance places it "among the very best nationally" for the progress of disadvantaged students.
The Secretary of State highlights the "dedication of staff" and the hard work of our students, noting that this success shows "what can be achieved when ambition and commitment come together."
A huge congratulations to the entire team at Goldsmith for ensuring that excellence is for everyone. 🌟
Three ‘Exceptional’ grades. One incredible school. 🌟
