The average is heavily skewed by the top traders - this is a pattern seen in most high liquidity markets like ETH-Stablecoin pairs (dydx, ddex).

It's less common in long-tail markets.

In the last 24 hours the price of #ETH fluctuated by over 30%, and #DDEX liquidated ~$500,000 of collateral in minutes. Due to liquidity shortage, $5,373 (~1%) loss was incurred. By design, this amount will be covered by built in insurance. No lenders will lose assets.

The deleveraging happening on bZx right now is both fascinating and scary to look at.
