Update and tell us what still annoys you. We will keep fixing it 🫡
Yo! Winky just got a huge update. We went from 1.4.4 to 1.4.10 🚀
We rebuilt the most important parts of the app: authentication, audio recording, transcription, model selection, settings, and updates.
Here is what changed 🧵
We also stabilized the microphone overlay and hotkeys, made settings, history, and notes more resistant to damaged files, and fixed a production styling issue that could break the interface after installation.
• Transcription results now support low/high model levels.
• Core app dependencies were updated for stability and packaging maintenance. Voice features should feel more aligned with the latest Winky backend.

Chrome Extension: v1.3.0
This one is mostly about making Winky feel more useful in real everyday work: better chats, better history, better auth, and more reliable website customization.
Chrome Extension v1.3.0 adds support for both backends:

OAuth, API calls, CSP/permissions, and settings now respect the selected backend.
Custom website styles also match URLs more reliably now, including www/scheme/path/query.
