Standing outside the hall before NAPPS Ibadan District Day 2026 started. A different kind of room than a single school gate. Building an AI literate body through the single gate to all secondary schools.
Saw this outside Topmount College today: 'Teachers can open the door, but you must enter it yourself.' That's the whole idea behind Hammet in one line.
My team and I did an outreach to Pathfinder College today for another school visit. Over 20 schools in, and it's still the same walk up, the same conversation, integrating AI to the education space, preparing a generation ready for the future.
When you say things like
"Nigeria happened to me."
or
"Life happened to me."
You have very low agency
High agency is YOU happening to life.
High agency people don't let circumstances define them.
Every time you face temptation, lower tomorrow’s risk by resisting today.
If you fall today, you raise the odds of falling tomorrow.
Love your tomorrow more than today.
Do it for your tomorrow, not your today.
Delayed gratification.
You just binge-watched a series today.
News Flash is,
You've just increased the probability that you will binge-watch another series next week.
This is why you're not making progress. You're compounding habits
Habits compound by training your soul.
No soul is fully formed.
A bad habit of doomscrolling today increases the odds you repeat it tomorrow.
Resisting today increases the odds you resist again tomorrow.
Every time you set a goal that you don't hit, your confidence drops.
But when you go into something for the experience instead, you never LOSE.
You know why?
It's because results come from experience
It’s so easy to plan
So sweet to set goals and targets
Stop it.
Start setting process-based goals
How much work will you do daily?
That’s a goal
Not the big inspiring target you always write at the beginning of every month
April is almost here.
Your goals aren’t hit yet.
You’re not performing at your best.
Why?
Halfway through the new month, another goal appears and quietly kills your main one.
Back to square one. Circles continue.
Partnership is the fastest way to win volume.
Alone, one unit per day. With a team, 3x, 4x, 10x.
The Bible says it: one chases 1,000, two chase 10,000.
Partner with even one person and 10x your results.
Focus on a few things today, so you can do them FAST and in VOLUME
If you're multitasking, doing so many different things:
he quality of your decisions + output will be very low because there's just way too much to do.
B2B always beats B2C in volume because institutions buy bigger.
Instead of selling one meal at a time, sell to a company with 30 employees.
One partnership = 30 sales instantly.
Most grind at B2C instead of targeting audiences that already exist.
How old were you when you realized $1 million today is worth less than $1 compounded for 10 years?
The instant payout loses massively compared to letting small amounts grow untouched.
Few are willing to stay poor for 10 years, so they win the battle but lose the war.
