@m_rivera_trades Good point. An unclosed higher timeframe candle can tell you a very different story by the end of the day.

[Riz Iqbal @Wordsofrizdom]

Since 2022 I've sat down with hundreds of traders on Words of Rizdom. The idea that changed my own trading most wasn't a strategy.

It was time frame alignment.

Check the higher timeframe trend first. Only drop to a lower timeframe when it agrees. If they don't line up, there's no trade.

People keep searching for a holy grail setup. This one rule did more for me than any setup ever did.

[Riz Iqbal @Wordsofrizdom]

@PackTheMoney @chartfanatics This one comes from my own trading rather than an episode 🙏

[Riz Iqbal @Wordsofrizdom]

@amaloadedforex Every time. The setup only matters once the bigger picture agrees.

[Riz Iqbal @Wordsofrizdom]

@_MindfulMC It really does. Took me a while too 🙏

[Riz Iqbal @Wordsofrizdom]

@PoiSzn Whatever the method, once the timeframes agree everything gets simpler.

[Riz Iqbal @Wordsofrizdom]

@errorbqx Thank you for watching! Appreciate the support 💙

@Muninn Love the insight!

To be honest my reflection was more so for day trading FX & Futures!

I completely understand why that same logic wouldn’t apply to stocks 👊👊

[Riz Iqbal @Wordsofrizdom]

@TraderReflects This is a great way to put it! All filters down..

[Riz Iqbal @Wordsofrizdom]

@theoilgod That’s cool! Glad it works for your particular strategy!

In November 2024, I removed episodes from Words of Rizdom.

Any guest without broker statements came down.

I contacted each of them. Send proof and the episode goes back up. If not, it stays deleted.

I'd rather have fewer episodes than one I can't stand behind.

@PropFirmTrader One loss becomes five when you decide you need it back today.

[PropFirmTrader @PropFirmTrader]

18 MONTHS TO GET FUNDED. LESS THAN A WEEK TO BLOW IT.

Before his $158,000 FTMO payout, Razvan thought passing a challenge meant he’d made it.

“I’m going to be rich.”

Then greed cost him the account.

Sound familiar? You finally get funded, start thinking about the payouts, and suddenly every loss feels like something you need to win back.

Passing the challenge doesn’t mean you’re ready to keep the account.

Razvan had to accept that no strategy gives him control over the next outcome.

His job was to protect the account long enough to let his edge play out.

What does that look like on the charts? Watch him follow his process in the full strategy breakdown.

@AhsanTheAnalyst Sure! I will try my best to do so 🙏🏽

[Riz Iqbal @Wordsofrizdom]

@Tonypsicotrader This is so crucial and a major breakthrough in most traders journey’s. If you’re unable to execute effectively and follow your process, you’re most probably not going to achieve your expected outcome

@Chartfanaticstv Simple setups, followed every day. That is the whole secret 🔥

5. Start small, add later

First entry small, at the level. Second entry bigger, only after a strong candle confirms.

Then the stop moves to break even.
