This is a follow-up study on 32 weeks gestation of triplets pregnancy (on Twin-C) with multiple LV Rhabdomyomas.
In this study, the five chamber views demonstrate significant obstructions to the LVOT.

A28 weeks gestation and Triplets (Twin - C) with multiple large Rhabdomyomas. The one on the left ventricular outflow tract extends to the aortic valve and appears to be creating at least moderate subvalvar aortic obstruction.
