Those details (like plate numbers) were intended to look authentic to make the video appear genuine.

@NicoFvL2 What BS..... This "piece of evidence"—the video featuring the coroner's van—was exposed as a fake by RTL (German TV station) back in 2009. RTL produced the scene itself and staged it near Cologne, using a specially prepared vehicle and an actor. RTL confirmed this at the time.
