number 1 bus from asda falkirk to dunipace 10:20 was said to be cancelled on the app, it showed up 17 minutes later and i’ve missed it because i didnt want to wait in the freezing cold.

@MidBluebird everytime i go to get the 9:03 number 1 from dunipace to falkirk it runs 10 minutes late with the driver sitting at the interchange at dunipace can you look to get this timing changed or have your drivers leave at the correct time thanks

@MidBluebird this bus is late and is still stopping to let people on in stirling where people can get other buses to the same place how is this allowed, i’m now going to be even later because we’re stopping at every stop in whins of milton/st ninians to let people on.

@MidBluebird Two 52 alloa to stirling’s have been cancelled, one after the other, already a reduced service on a sunday, i’m trying to get home from my work this is not good enough again.

@MidBluebird The road to mollinsburn in condorrat is still shut, no indication on the app that this has remained shut, so again having to walk round a busy road to catch the bus, i know there was a message on the app but this is no longer the case for the x36

@MidBluebird Waiting for the 7:20 x36 travelling denny to stirling, not shown up not said it’s cancelled just nothing, AGAIN i use this bus to get to my work, i’m having to write complaints more often than not these days, this is the first bus of the day how can this not run.

@MidBluebird Bus driver that’s just came off the 52 that’s showed up 9.37am to stirling bus station swearing at passengers when asking about the next bus driver really not good enough
