Arbitrary order generation in Diffusion LLMs actually hurts reasoning on math and coding tasks! The model exploits the flexibility to skip hard/uncertain tokens, collapsing solution diversity.

The Fix? JustGRPO. Use standard left-to-right GRPO during RL training while keeping parallel decoding at inference, resulting in strong gains of 89.1% without sacrificing dLLM efficiency.
