@AeosStarfell@B1844Constance@jim_demichele@DWUhlfelderLaw If you search this, the context continues that schools recommend this *if students feel scared talking to parents at home*. Lgbtq is high risk of mental health because they receive no support… like fear of termination.
@AeosStarfell@B1844Constance@jim_demichele@DWUhlfelderLaw If it never happened why would a bill be needed? That’s the point. This is a law designed as a pr stunt to MAKE talking points and add restrictions in the name of ‘parental rights’.
@AeosStarfell@B1844Constance@jim_demichele@DWUhlfelderLaw Are you purposely being obtuse?
Parent asks their child how school went. Child volunteers that the class was talking about families. Will that parent interrogate them to ask exact quotes? Will they assume the teacher brought it up? Can you guarantee the probably’?
@AeosStarfell@B1844Constance@jim_demichele@DWUhlfelderLaw Reread what I said earlier. If the KID brings it up, and ANOTHER kid reports it to someone, because a child doesn’t care about the nuances of quotes, suddenly the teacher is liable.
@InderSinghBoss@fusion_xr @AlexVanells @JoJoFromJerz Cool. Cite sources. Show proof. That’s how the world work: if you make an accusation, you back it up.
