Started playing Final Fantasy XIV about a week ago.
It's been really nice. I've struggled a bit over the course of this week, so it's been a welcome bonus distraction.

PAX Aus was great. Physical and mental health took a hit though. TLDR had a mini cancer scare - turns out I'm in the clear however it was very stressful awaiting results during the first day of PAX. But I caught up with friends and did have fun once that stress had passed.

I'm travelling a bit at the moment in rural Aus and have been for the past week.
Passing through Melbourne tomorrow and then back home Tuesday.

I took a trip out to regional Victoria to visit a very special place in Nhill.
Unfortunately circumstances meant I only made it as far as Horsham, so will have to come back. I start to make the long journey home tomorrow. Thanks to those who have been a support through this. x

I love how gaming brings generations together. People born in the 1960s could be playing the same games as people born in the 2010s.
Makes a lot of sense to celebrate that.
