@JagzCards i think repacks have a lot to do with the grading landscape, so i am also curious how things will go in the next 1-2 years.

Today, is my 4-year work annivesary at CGC. It's been interesting watching the changing landscape in the hobby, the industry and grading.

Grading has changed so much since I started collecting. From preferred grading companies to using specific companies for certain eras.

CGC should see a record year when it comes to card grading volume, and not just in TCG.

But sports cards as well.

Next month should be a fun one. Looking forward to kicking off my next year with company 😉

The explosion of grading especially on the TCG has been remarkable.

TCG is cheaper to get in to than sports, appeals to a large group, and new IPs are popping up all the time. There are more options in TCG and it's easier to understand from a collectability standpoint.
