@UbisoftSupport , I'm following up regarding support case #25204457.
The case was opened on February 11 and has now been active for nearly 4 months. The status has changed multiple times, including "Escalated" and "In Progress", but I still haven't seen any response to the case.
Hi @UbisoftSupport I’m still waiting on a response for case #25204457 (opened Feb 11).
It’s now been over 2 months with no reply, while the status keeps changing. New tickets are auto-closed as duplicates, leaving this unresolved.
