Have a hot bath every single night.

Method:
• Spend 30 minutes in a very hot bath.
• Take a brief cool shower.
• Spend another 30 minutes in a very hot bath.
• To finish, gradually add cool water to the bath until your body temperature returns to normal.

Drink about 2-3L of water during all of this.

In doing this, you have reconnected with how you came into this world. Engulfed in warmth, and hydration.

And then, before you sleep, pray silently to God asking for guidance to the truth.

Anyway, it seems reasonable that if someone were severely unwell and living in the desert, with no hospitals or doctors, and a trusted person told them that others had greatly benefited from consuming a small amount of camel urine, they would be wise to treat it as medicine, say Bismillah, and drink it.

People today are so bereft of common sense and reason.

Likewise, it's better to stay away from creating images that mimic the creation such as faces, even if you are not the one doing it, but you request it, such as via an artist or ai.

Apple's product pages have that scroll effect. The camera flies through a 3D world. Products float. Scenes transition. No cuts. One continuous flight driven by your scroll wheel.

Here is what one costs to build in 2026.

Big storytelling agencies (Noomo, WithLore, Utsubo): $15,000 to $100,000. Three to six months. A team of designers, 3D artists, and WebGL developers.

Awwwards-tier flagship from a senior freelancer: $8,000 minimum.

I'll follow up. If you are a Muslim, then you must know it's not permissable to immitate the kuffar on matters related to the Deen. Additionally, these small trinkets can easily become amulets that people cherish and wear or kiss for good luck, which is what we see people do with crosses etc. So, altogether, it's a slippery slope not good for a Muslim that we have been warned to avoid. May Allah guide us all.
