NOODLE RICE PAPER ROLLS
One thing I love to do here on this site (& in our book! Available in all good bookstores!) is post a recipe CONFIDENT that it is going to enter the PERMANENT DINNER ROTATION of many exhausted cooks!
This one is a no-brainer! 🚫🧠

@YUMICHILD & I RETURN TO RADIO
It's been a while (The Year 2000, to be exact).
Play along as we host iHeartTrivia - Australia's only 24/7 music trivia station on @iheartradioau
Test your music knowledge from the 80s right through to the hottest songs of today.
@serdar Yes but only if you've gone in looking for something specific and found it and are freakin stoked about it - not gawking and filming like a zoo visitor
July is Disability Pride month. ♿️
I am sometimes asked, ‘Is it Disability Awareness Month?’ Not quite. That would be centring non-disabled people, to make them aware. Instead, this is about disabled pride, pride in who we are, which is immensely important in a world that consistently does not value disabled lives, often dangerously so.
There are many disabilities and experiences of disability. I have an acquired dynamic invisible disability. I have just as much value now as I did before becoming disabled. I am proud of who I am, who I have become and am becoming.
This beautiful 1/4 mile walk to the vista overlooking Mt Shasta was my personal Everest today. It was made possible by an accessible trail. (Wheelchair accessible, too!) And some research. Thank you, @castateparks. My family loved it and it was wonderful to be able to get out together, something I continue to prioritise. I also had the pleasure of working on an accessibility advisory group for @royalbcmuseum with other disabled thinkers and advocates. My heart is full.
One fifth of people have a disability. We are everywhere around you, whether you ‘see’ it or not.
To all those out there with visible or invisible disabilities, I wish you a happy Disability Pride Month!

Lots of tweets going around atm about the insane fat phobia of the 2000s - I wrote this recently about my fear of the return if you’d like to read it https://t.co/PLU9BUnvMg
FYI - for my primary school-aged kids I have continued my no screens, (including TV) from Mon-Thurs even during school holidays.
Yes, I am a saint and goddess. 🙌🏼
