The people who follow the council’s decision are currently the majority in this country, there are a lot of communities which follow moonsighting but they are mostly tablīghī

I need to figure out how to do the diacritical marks under letters on my phone so I can properly transliterate ح ص ض ط ظ

alḥamdulillāh <- it clearly supports the characters as you can see here, I just don't know to type them out (whilst still having a functional keyboard)
