ରାଜ୍ୟର ଗୃହହୀନ ଓ ଅସହାୟ ପରିବାରଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ୱାଭିମାନର ସହ ବଞ୍ଚିବାର ରାହା ଦେଖାଇ 'ଅନ୍ତ୍ୟୋଦୟ ଗୃହ ଯୋଜନା' ଆଜି ସଫଳତାର ଏକ ବର୍ଷ ଅତିକ୍ରମ କରିଛି। ଗତ ଏକ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ମୋଟ ୧,୫୭,୯୩୬ ପରିବାର ଉପକୃତ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ ପରିବାରଙ୍କୁ ନିଜସ୍ୱ ପକ୍କାଘର ପାଇଁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଦେଶ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ସରକାରଙ୍କ ନିରନ୍ତର ପ୍ରୟାସ ଯୋଗୁଁ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୭୨,୨୬୩ ପରିବାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍କାଘର ନିର୍ମାଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହୋଇସାରିଛି ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟ ୮୫,୬୭୩ ଘରର ନିର୍ମାଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଜାରି ରହିଛି। ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟ କ୍ଷତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ, ଭିନ୍ନକ୍ଷମ, ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତରିତ ଏବଂ ଦୁରାରୋଗ୍ୟ ରୋଗଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ପରିବାରଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରାଥମିକତା ଭିତ୍ତିରେ ସାମିଲ କରି ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ସାମାଜିକ ଓ ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ବିକାଶର ଏକ ନୂଆ ଅଧ୍ୟାୟ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଛି। ଏକ ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଗଠନ ସଂକଳ୍ପରେ ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ପ୍ରତିଟି ଗୃହହୀନଙ୍କ ମୁହଁରେ ହସ ଫୁଟାଇ ପାରିଛି।
