MMPR has not replaced constituency voting; it supplements 226 FPTP constituencies with 40 inclusion seats. The analytical distinction matters: voters still directly elect constituency MPs, while proportional seats address representation gaps that FPTP alone may not capture. #ZambiaMMPRSystem
