Absolute disrespect for the Filipino people. What entitlement.
Mag-boycott tayo.
Huwag mag trabaho.
Hayaan natin ang mga nakabinbing panukala.
Mga senador, binabayaran kayo ng taumbayan. Pambabastos ito sa Pilipino.
joon tore the words STRAIGHT out of my heart. this shortform media garbage is RUINING art. NO ONE is reading lyrics bc no one is READING anymore. music is being made to fit the algorithm, and consumption patterns reflect that, too. and all this is ENTIRELY antithetical to art.
@minyprod It's a fan-voted awards. Instead of throwing hate on BTS, why can't they focus on voting for their faves. Tapos kapag natalo, ARMYs pupuntiryahin
So when the tannies lose an award or something in usa K media says "BTS fails to" but not "kpop fails to"
But when bts wins its "KPOP WINS BIG" "Kpop domination" instead of "BTS wins" "BTS domination"
BTS wins arent a group project tf ,
60M+ monthly listeners won't buy tickets to your concert, won't give a fuck about voting for you, neither are they checking out music you release next.
BTS being carried by their fandom will never be the drag y'all want it to be
que sepan que esto también es logro de todas las armys que SI votaron y SI se movieron por los chicos
VEN COMO LAS VOTACIONES Y EL STREAM SI SON IMPORTANTE?????? TUVIMOS 3/3!!!!!!
armys saying bts paved the way has never been about disrespecting other kpop artists or trying to minimize their achievements. it has always been about acknowledging the fact that bts continue to set records and achieve new heights never seen before by an asian artist while simultaneously creating a path for their peers to also achieve their dreams.
i don’t think people understand how big of a deal it is to open an award show. in some cultures it’s the closing act that’s the most watched but in other cultures it’s the show opener. the AMAs is considered one of the big three in terms of top awards in music and to have a group from south korea open the show with a performance from their sold out stadium concert is groundbreaking. bts owned the night. i’m a very proud army.
