@aproko_doctor HMO helped me in 2021 when I had an emergency CS. We only paid about #8k in total and it was a private hospital. The #8k was for some drugs and sutures that were not covered by my HMO which is still fair
@aproko_doctor I used HMO to pay for a major surgery that would have taken upto 700k na once my HMO come in.
Same thing yesterday 130k yesterday I called them they said don’t pay we got it covered.
I run a non profit aimed at fighting period poverty. Asides going on outreaches, I give out sanitary pads on a daily basis to women and young girls that GENUINELY can’t afford it.
If you know that you GENUINELY can’t afford sanitary pad every month, please you can come and pick up from my store in Wuye Abuja. If you know anyone who needs, direct them to me. If you support a neighbor or friend with pad every month, please reach out as well.
The pads are meant mostly for individuals and end users. What this means is that I can’t donate pads to your NGO or outreach, please kindly understand.
Thank you 🙏
If she or her husband are employed in any good company, the company will provide health insurance via a health management organization (HMO). You'll register your details with the HMO and they'll give you a PIN and a list of hospitals that you can visit for health issues. The HMO will cover the cost of your treatment (or part of it) whenever you visit the hospital.
If they're not employed by any company that provides HMO then they can go for private health insurance. They basically buy a health insurance plan from a HMO provider and that plan will cover her hospital bills (or part of it) depending on the plan type whenever she visits. The plan can even cover the entire family and the cost can be deducted from business income or salary when filing taxes.
Hope this helps.
Peace ✌️

Dear God,
I need a better paying job asap.
Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.
3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
A job that closes for the year.
With a staff bus, 30 days paid annual leave, kind bosses and colleagues.
A job that pays a 13th month salary and shares rice and oil.
Amen. 🙏
