@andrey_cheptsov For improved availability, you might consider using the REST API. It offers more control and reliability, though it does require a bit more effort to implement compared to using a standard ACME client. (3/3)

[ZeroSSL @zerosslHQ]

@andrey_cheptsov Even if a renewal attempt fails, you usually have several days—or even weeks—to try again, so there’s ample time to resolve any issues. (2/3)

@CCAAG0x Hi Christian, how can we help? As many other companies out there, we've adjusted the prices.
Let us know if you need assistance.

PS: Some people see it differently, but of course we don't know your use-case and subscription level.

So I got this email from @zerosslHQ regarding recent price increases. Everything is increasing these days it seems like, with inflation.

HOWEVER. They've also bumped me up from 3 to 5 yearly certificates! For this minor price increase, I'm VERY happy!

[ZeroSSL @zerosslHQ]

@andrey_cheptsov We've seen a significant increase in traffic, including from larger actors as well. We're planning improvements, including a dedicated endpoint for commercial users, to divide traffic, while continuing to fully support the free ACME service, as we’ve done since 2020. (2/2)

[ZeroSSL @zerosslHQ]

@andrey_cheptsov We understand your concern. The delays are typically just a few minutes per day, and this is still a free service. That said, we agree this shouldn't affect users—especially during certificate renewals. (1/2)

[ZeroSSL @zerosslHQ]

@tana00 Hi, a bit late, but here we are. Three certificates were always the Web-App limit, but with ACME, you can still use our service for free.

[ZeroSSL @zerosslHQ]

@uratangazaiki @UncleGobby @peace_huntel @Esicialtd A SSL Certificate should be the least of your worries 🙂

[ZeroSSL @zerosslHQ]

@throau @Leo_Puglisi6 @BOM_au we're here to help, and you would not be the first customer from down under. 😉

[ZeroSSL @zerosslHQ]

@wsouthiv We like to see that. 🙂🌐🔐

@dennis_smink @DeLing also thanks @DeLing for the reminder, this disclaimer still counts, but that does of course not mean we can also stick around here for other stuff. 🧑‍💻

We updated the pinned tweet just now.

Let's see if we can get @zerosslHQ implemented in @ploi_deploy 👀🥰
