Congratulations Stonewall on your ECHR challenge. The ECHR's precursor, the EOC, actually funded the landmark European Court case that restored trans employment rights in 1996, because it supported impartial consideration of human rights. How different now.

@NicoleteBurbach I think you win the historical argument over Tina, Nicolete. It's important to recognise that the colonial eye was applied to British citizenry in the late Victorian period just as devastatingly as to overseas peoples. It's why the BIPOC/LGBTQ+ intersection is so important
